Gymcelling DOES work (provided you aren't sub5) but you need to train for the female gaze (water)

Forget heavy deadlifts, flat bench, and bb squats (incel lifts) and focus on heavy overhead press, weighted pull ups and incline presses to get the model tier aesthetic body women actually want

nah i did deadlifts flat bench and barbell squats and still appeal to the female gaze in fact i only did those exercises for a vast majority of my training

But it's important to distinguish normies like the ones talked about in my post and redpillers who are the ones who say body matters more. The truth is in the middle of all these thoughts

Do horizontal behind neck resistance band shoulder press. As heavy shoulder presses will fuck up ur height. I went from 6'1 to 6'0 after heavy shoulderpressing session. Its the axial loading. And sure, u might get it back, but it takes more than just 1 day to regain that lost height.

Correct, no gym for the face

However for some men with below average faces, if they raid up and get a extremely good body they could get some bitches purely due to being an adonis. But the amount of steroids and needing good bodybuilding genetics , as well as hard work is a lot.

I also saw on bodybuilding forum, difficult to know if it was a larp or not , but some raided gymcel who claimed he had a very ugly face but good body said some bitches when he got to know them were allegedly down to fuck if he wore a mask. Apparently that made him depressed. I think it might have been a troll tbh but not sure.

Actually I don't know if I agree after actually thinking about it, you do see people say that although you have figures like zyzz that are mainstream purely pushing aesthetics and when people ask for advice attracting girls lifting is mentioned on generic sites

i sometimes skipped accessories

a good powerlifting program and a surplus can take you pretty far

Yea deadlifts, flat barbell bench, and barbell squats are great. Not to mention they hit the most muscles therefore the best exercises to raise T levels

Any true blackpiller acknowledges the importance of the gym as one of the only things you can do to actually looksmax outside of actual surgery and hard looksmaxxing

However, they don't say it will turn a 2 into 7, as redpillers do. In the blackpill, the gym is a multipler. Getting shredded for a 2 might bring him up to a 2.5 or 3. For a 5 it might bring them up to a 6 or 7.

This is also why so many hopeless dudes on here try to tell people that going to the gym is a waste, because for them it truthfully could be.

The reality of the gym is brutal - If you didn't have much to work with before (and were already had low bf %), it probably won't give many benefits outside of interactions with other dudes. However, if you're already attractive, having a good body can massively increase any attraction that you already had

none of those exersises are necessary or useful for building an attractive body. My opinion.
I feel like I've seen this exact thread 25 times. You don't know anything about programming, you just think you can "blackpill"/bullshit your way through training and somehow be more successful than people with years of experience, including guys who specialize in "aesthetics".
You'll end up with fucked up shoulder and terrible posture while still being small. Every guy with an amazing physique trained doing the lifts you're telling us not to do.

I knew it too, but I also knew plenty of ugly ass dudes breaking their backs in the gym, who were obviously only doing it because they thought there was pussy at the end of the rainbow. If you have a big group of friends I would imagine you, and a lot of people here, can probably relate

Yes I did it myself also, but it's not like you typed that on reddit or whatever place has people who haven't touched blackpill content. It's safe to assume people on here at least know what the blackpill is and have done some surface level searching which is why my personal join date isn't relevant

With how many conflicting posts about the gym being the save all or worthless on this forum, almost daily, I'd disagree. And sorry, didn't mean to be an asshole, but I just thought it was funny that you had 10,000 posts in 2 years of history. Nothing against you but with that history I would imagine you read the majority of the posts on here, and would also assume the average user on here is much less active. i.e. I usually only come to this site 3 or 4 times every week, if that, to read posts
