Contrary to popular belief on this website there IS indeed more to life than improving your looks,
And realistically if you spend all your time on this forum you'll genuinely forget how to regularly interact with other people off the internet "b-but muh willpower! Muh social awareness!"
If you're surrounded by degenerates and funky forums all the time eventually you're gonna pick up a thing or two and you're gonna give people even MORE of a reason to push you away aside from the fact that you're already not very good looking
Take a breathe of fresh air every once in a while, I'm not telling you to stop improving your looks, keep on doing what you're doing--just take regular breaks from online forums in general
Don't kill off your social life (if applicable) just to rot online
