reminder to train neck & forearms

These will make you look giga good in t shirts for the summer , assuming your physique isnt dogshit you can significantly look better if you start training neck & forearms more often than one should

bruh every time i trained my neck i would feel like vomiting during and after its brutal but the wrist thing is just a meme tbh

U must do it wrong bruh
I train it 2-3x a week: neck bridges, curls, extensions all u need
 
if your strong on compound lift you dont need to train those muscles they are trained indirectly

I have noticed that training forearms too much can make you look like a dwarf construction worker lol
