The photo is kind of blurry. But I'm not sure but it looks like you have some chin recession. Braces don't change your jaws significantly, they only move teeth. Implants and osteotomies are the only way to get a different jaw.

Also I'm not sure but your mandible might be downgrown. If your mandible is downgrown so is your maxilla. IDK tho get an x ray.
