Alright heres my thought process

I wanna keep my plates open for as long as possible but i dont have access to an AI

so i was thinking to lower my estrogen levels by avoiding endocrine disruptors that mimic estrogen

It probably wont do too much for height but even 1% matters

1% really does not matter for the ammount of work u have to put in

Also its already over in that regards, endocrine disrupters are in the air we breath
