Stop using so many actives. I still have some acne colouring marks but that’s cus I’ve had mild to moderate acne for the past 5 years.

What I did:
1. Reduce the use of actives. My derm told me to use Epiduo (adapalane + benzoyl peroxide) to the WHOLE FACE which was terrible advice, made me look like the before pic. After switching to using it as SPOT TREATMENT, my face improved.

Also reduced tretinoin to once every 2 nights instead of once every night

2. Focus on moisturising. Used some of my mum’s expensive cream (dm I’ll tell u) for last 3 weeks and my skin has improved drastically

3. Stayed in air conditioning more. Currently where I live now is hot and humid (tropical climate) and I’m 1000% sure that is contributing to breakout. I spend more than half the day in 23C AC and my face improved.

I hope all acne sufferers improve their condition asap Cus this shit is fucking terrible for mental health and I know how much it hurts to go through this

Diet is cope. Only thing to avoid is excessive refined carbs and sugar. I’ve been drinking milk and eating dairy almost daily and my skin has never been better.

Did keto for a week in Jan and still my face was equally fucked up

Pm me too, I rlly want to know what is that moisturising cream
