Republican foid burns Quran on camera and gets death threats

No this is false and not the same thing at all, and the Quran itself proves Muslims are commanded to demand more than just let us be.

Quran doesn't treat blasphemy or open disbelief as a personal insult that you just shrug off . It treats it as a direct attack on Allah and the Ummah that must be confronted
some random bitch burning the Quran unprovoked is a different matter. She should know to let them be.. that's an attack to their beliefs and everything they stand for
drawing Muhammad, drinking alcohol openly, eating pork openly criticizing Islam, mocking Muslim practices etc
I've never met a Muslim who cares about someone drinking alcohol openly or eating pork, but I think it's normal for them to be mad if you do things like mock them or whatever the fuck went through the whore's mind when she burned the Quran.
The only things that will anger a Muslim are things that directly attack their religion. I guarantee you nobody cares if someone drinks alcohol in the middle of the street or does other kinds of forbidden shit.
Everything that will incur their wrath can be summarized as "not letting them be" so pretty much insulting their beliefs directly

Why would anyone even want to draw Muhammad? There shouldn't be a conflict of interest here... just let the Muslims be and there won't be any issues lol

because in their worldview Allah's rules apply to everyone Muslim or not. Refusing to follow them is seen as arrogant rejection of God (kufr) which is by definition offensive and threatening
You're making things up now.

You're free to not pray in Saudi even though not praying is one of the biggest sins. Are you going to claim that my example is null because it only applies to muslims? There are hundreds of laws that Muslims follow where they don't enforce it on others.

And by your standard, why didn't they historically force everyone to convert to their religion? The worshiping of idols is the biggest sin, so surely they would care to fix this by your standard, no?

I also remember music for example. Music is haram, yet Ibn Umar (the son of the caliphate) covered his ears when he walked past it. No notable figure advocates for what you're suggesting.

drawing Muhammad, drinking alcohol openly, eating pork openly criticizing Islam, mocking Muslim practices etc
"Mocking muslim practices" yes, people will get offended if you mock their practices. That is common sense. This applies to any and every religion.

Most people obviously will not take criticizing their religion well either. You're also acting like there aren't tafsirs and just general explanations for every criticism.

Drinking alcohol openly is banned in many places. I've personally never seen anyone care that someone else was eating pork or alcohol openly.

Drawing muhammad is seen as rude to them, yes, but most the death threats are due to the illustrations that are disingenuous. I severely doubt they would do anything if it's a respectful drawing.

You niggas are talking about the moderates reformist Muslims not the hardcore Islamists the kind that put a hit on you for speaking ill or round up a mob to stone someone to death.
So, you're speaking about a small minority that does not follow the religion itself? Find me a single Salafi scholar who advocates for what you're saying. Ibn baz, Al-Albani, Ibn-Uthaymeen, etc all reject violence against non muslims.

No the Quran and classical sharia don’t treat blasphemy as mere mockery you shrug off. Insulting the Prophet is a capital offense for Muslims and non Muslims alike in all four madhhabs and every major Salafi scholar I bn Baz, Ibn Uthaymeen, the Permanent Committee all explicitly ruled the blasphemer kafir is to be killed no exception. I remember reading about all this. Here i googled a few

Ibn Baz (Majmu' Fatawa 4/440): "Whoever insults the Prophet, Muslim or kāfir, must be killed."

Al-Mardawi (Hanbali, al-Insaf 10/336): "A zimmi is killed if he mentions the Prophet with insult or openly displays wine, pork, or idols.

The “chill Muslims” are the ones ignoring those texts not the angry ones following them.

banning public alcohol, crosses, church bells, idol worship, drawings of Muhammad was always the rule under sharia the only reason you don’t see it everywhere today is weakness or secular law, not because the sources changed. Your Saudi prayer example is also cope. I remember reading somewhere they it gets you lashes or and the relaxed attitude you describe is the cultural exception and globalization.

It's dishonest to speak about a subgroup while referring to the main group. Commits the Generalization fallacy anyways. That's like me saying "Muh every white christian old guy is a pedophile" and once pointed out that's false I just state "no, I'm only referring to pedophiles." Like, yes, obviously, pedophiles are pedophiles, just like how 1 = 1.

It does not get you lashes. No clue where you read this, and even if you did, it's not shown anywhere.

The banning of public alcohol is seen in many places, this is not exclusive to Islam. And even so, this goes back to the argument of morals, which one could make the argument of yours standing on nothing. This isn't even an argument to begin with, some places ban weed while others don't, why does it matter what degree of intoxicants are allowed?

Regarding crosses, church bells, idol worship, etc. Muhammad Ibn Abd Al-Wahab stated the following: there are to be no churches specifically in the Arabian Peninsula. This is no different from Vatican city, A space dedicated to Christianity. Historically and by scholarly opinion, non-muslims are allowed to live in Muslim lands, are not allowed to be hurt, and are allowed to have for example churches outside the Arabian Peninsula. It's very dishonest how you generalize it to make it seem like no churches are allowed globally.

Regarding drawings of muhammad, well, yeah? That's not different from holocaust denial drawings being banned in Canada. This is such a non issue that you decide to highlight. Do you wake up and decide to draw prophets?

Once again, this happens in almost every country. You are sent to jail if you deny the holocaust in Canada. There are also differences between insults and criticism. A Christian believing Jesus is the son of God is not an insult because it's part of their religion. Many jurists also believed that it must:

- Be a public insult
- Be intended to provoke.
- And cause fitnah

The punishment would also be through a judge, not mobs. That was the main point I was getting at, no group is going to lunge at you trying to kill you while following the teachings of Islam. Since there are no judges in Canada for example, Muslims have no right killing someone who insults the prophet. That's everything I was implying.

Also, when you stated:
Al-Mardawi (Hanbali, al-Insaf 10/336): "A zimmi is killed if he mentions the Prophet with insult or openly displays wine, pork, or idols.

This has some nuance. If taken at face value, Christians would not be allowed to worship anything. It's simply saying they cannot cause public disruption. And even so, it's their land, so what if they decide wine cannot be shown in public? Once again, this is not an argument.

So, respond to me debunking how any of these are issues to even begin with without contradicting things like normalized laws globally.

When Muslims demand something from non-Muslims refrain from certain acts they're not asking for simple courtesy. It's a demand that non-Muslims respect Allah's limits, because in their worldview Allah's rules apply to everyone Muslim or not. Muslims are so based when it comes to their zeal for their god. Truly no other loved their God more than the Mohammeden I have to hand it to them. I’m one of the only non Muslim, Muslims respect irl because I am as zealous as the and will slaughter for my faith I’ll bathe in the entrails of Christs enemies if need be. I ain’t playing.

Muslims respect true faith something lost with Jews Christian sand other religions which are all Luke warm larpers.

I relate to them so much man, I love the mohamedeeeeem

The Most peaceful religion in the world strikes again based and

Based and I hate Islam but this is the only acceptable response to one that seeks to attack your religion. Muslims stand on business maybe if others esp Christian’s did maybe our shit wouldn’t be getting attacked slandered and assaulted 24/7 maybe if we went back to ramming a sword to a blasphemers belly like Louis of France said to anybody who blasphemes maybe just MAYBE the west wouldn’t be fucked today.

At least Africa knows this and is the last refuge of true free Christians
