Second. I've already had a mandibular osteotomy in King Edward VII's hospital from a Harley Street surgeon. The result was shit and asymmetrical.

link? I never realised Turkey was cheap for jaw surgery, but soemone on a jaw surgery forum mentioned it earlier.

Google confirmed (said average was like 3.5K USD!) Although when i visit the actual sites, it seems more like 10k.

If legit, there's a chance I could go get a hair transplant and jaw surgery (surgery first method?) in teh same trip!
