any guides, videos or general advice on motivation/discipline?

I've been rotting all my life and I'm genuinely contemplating the rope. I'm stuck in an endless cycle of doomscrolling and eating like shit. How can I just be expected to just go out and lift when I can't? It's either you do or you don't. Those who don't just have to rot and those who do get to mog and live their best life.

Amongst some potential minor hardmaxxes, getting lean and building muscle would ascend me to oblivion and I can't even do it. I can workout for 3/4 days in the week then for 1-3 months I just can't get myself to go, despite barely doing anything. I'm gonna rope. Please help me I am begging you.

Motivation is a lie. Drive is real. Be like an animal. Don't overthink about tasks. You have mandatory daily assignments (academics, gym, work) until the day you die. Do what you have to do and try to survive, good luck.

Lol lil peep was defo a rotter who ate nothing but had stacies sucking his dick. Just starve bro. Dont jerk off, so u dont have an urge to eat a bunch when u wake up. Drink a cold diet soda in the morning. Once u get in the process of starving it gets only easier and easier. Ur stomach will be less stretched and satisfied with less food.

antidepressants, been taking them for a few months and i do feel more motivated to do shit. Also helps with high inhib and social anxiety.

get the 10 calorie jelly or 0 calorie jelly shits, and drink diet soda all day if u want a hit of dopamine. It gives a similiar amount of dopamine of just eating for fun. I dont get niggas who shove a cake down their throat cuz they feel like shit , it only makes u feel sick and ur stomach feel bad instead u can find enjoyment from simpler things like a cold diet pepsi or a nice green tea.

Disagree. Most of these gymcels are juice tanks keep lying to normies. Do not follow anyone. Just go to gym, lift natty, keep continuing even if you progress minimally. Gym is never about looks, it just makes you more energetic, healthy, dopamine filled if you stay natty.

And OP, if your main reason to go there is looks, then dont ever go to the gym. Looks is all face, height, frame etc. genetics stuff which you can not change.

For staying healthy, daily 30-45 minutes cardio is enough, gym is unnecessary imo.

gym edits and some gym influencers can be very motivating. if ur gonna watch short-form content atleast make it about your hobby.

Dont fucking take anti depressants, theres somethng wrong with ur life , ur looks are the main culprit, for u to be like this. I have an extremely high bodyfat percentage with low muscle mass. i'm built like a 12 year old. it's not just about looks because of course i want to feel good but getting in shape would help
