not really lifefuel unless you decide to combine mse with some sort of bsso for your lower jaw to come forward to match the forward position that your upper teeth are in.
not sure of the numbers tho

did it get longer ? for me it only looks like his teeth are weird tiltet which give the look that it good longer but his maxilla went down only like a tiny tiny bit

Looks considerably longer to me probably like 3-4mm unluckily the forward growth will follow the initial pattern most of the time ,so you'll gain forward growth but it will follow ur maxilla initial direction there's no way to pilot ccw movement yet afaik. You're still doing frankenstein experiments with ur skull imo it's new but promising stuff tho

He was very tunnelvisioned on having a 12 tooth smile all else be damned. It's part of his plan, he says, as he's getting a bunch of jaw surgeries afterwards to bring the mandible forward mandible and fix the new upper and lower palate discrepancy and so on. Even then, I'm not sure it will turn out as he plans since its very unprecedented and theoretical. Please don't misconstrue unprecedented as based or badass though.
