I took a 1 mg estrogen pill. 1 hour after I did that, I took 2 more 1 mg estrogen pills. I took all 3 pills sublingually (let them absorb under my tongue). Sadly, I sneezed out the last estrogen pill when it was partially absorbed. The amount of E I absorbed may be between 2 mg and 3 mg.

Significant Results : None.

I feel kind of good. A calm mild happiness. Possible placebo.
