It was mentioned in the xnj thread that the hydrocortisone ruins the hpa axis and increases cortisol and need something like ashwaganda to lower it
Search it ashwaganda is extracted from like a plant or something commonly knows for testosterone boosting benefits

I think it's only if you use very high concentrations of hydrocortisone

Like I said before I litteraly had no unintended side effects and I'm still using it sometimes

I used it consistently every night for a couple of months, then less consistently about twice a week

The results do last very long, I went on three weeks without using it and I had no changes and kept the results


I apply it just like I would sun screen for the nose and sleep, I had no side effects personally, and the tube I bought 5 months ago is still not finished

The concentration is around 1%, maybe results would come faster with a higher concentration but I'm pretty satisfied with I got

I saw someone mention that it affects cartilage overtime

I did stop using hydrocortisone for a while and still kept results, but I won't risk going back so I apply atleast once a week

Betamethasone course of 30 days 1 day gap mogs hydercortisone but its much stronger so yk be very careful
