Did anyone have good results with implants with him?
I want to know if it's worth the trip etc..

I know one guy who did inframalars. He is very satisfied with the result. He wishes he had a more aggressive saddle and one that extended more towards the nose, but Ramieri is conservative on this point, not extending the implant past the infraorbital nerve and being more conservative with saddle amounts compared to Liam x Pagnoni. That said, those things come with additional risks of misplacement. I think Ramieri is overall a good choice.

I’m probably gonna go with Ramieri Rehen i get BSSO or Genioplasty (still haven’t decided which one, if not both) , he seems like a reliable surgeon. Not sure how far he’d advance me tho

You should shop around some more. I’m sure there are plenty of maxfacs who are just as good as the celebrity surgeons on here.

For os i wouldn't have doubts idk if he is experienced enough about implants but seems he could at least produce satisfying results.
For ascension i would def go with pagnoni but the implants are like 3x normal price or smth

Yeah I’ve heard hes very experienced in osteotomies, I’ve not heard so much about implants tho. Does anyone know how much a consultation with him will cost? And how fast his response times are

There's one post on his ig page where he was explaining about the implants and showed one result, felt underwhelming but u think it was for asymmetry.

I think it's much better to not extend it to the nose since it decrease the risk of misplacement, since even Liam tend to misplace (i don't know if it usually happen a lot, but for the brazilian kid i saw misplacements for infras and supras).

Will it be visible tho? Like having just half or something zygomatic arch covered

There's implants for zygomatic arch but i not would advice you to get it, since even the surgeons themselves don't do it (only Eppley but he has many botches).

Even covering a little bit would be risky and uncanny.

Ramieri just has a very aggressive advertising strategy on Instagram. For implants in particular, I’m sure there plenty of local surgeons in developed countries that can give you the same result

Y i'm aware i found few good unknown surgeons i think but i am still evaluating options , most surgeons simply suck at advertising or they just do not care

Most surgeons don’t need advertising. They’re swimming in business anyway.

In fact, it’s probably irritating because social media no doubts attracts a lot of time wasters as well.

It's true indeed, his result is kinda underwhelming giving the fact you are paying a lot for them, it's probably the patient wishes.

Check this result, it is at the end.

You could get this result from my local max fac.

I had an online consultation with Ramieri a while back and I was less than impressed with him.

Probably still swollen but that's a bloated design for jaw i think

Yeah, i feel this also applies to pagnoni since i feel his results are overhyped (not implying that they are bad but not as good as people make it seem), i don't know, i need to see more implants from Pagnoni alone with out the intervention of Liam (since liam has a lot of botches).

Its 3 weeks after bimax and jaw implants, bimax alone makes you look like a bloated chipmunk for atleast a month

I mean considering so many who does infra implants gets implants show its def much better to do conservative. Some of giants result have extreme implants show and it will get worse with age. Pag is also conservative( when he foes the design himself) as he also knows the show will get worse with age as the fat in the infra region disappears. And doing fat graft can come with a lot of complications and underwhelming result so its not eazy to cover up as people here say

So you would say more time for the swelling to settle down?

Mb i just read it again, it is 3 weeks and not 3 months.

If you lived off Looksmax.org, you'd think Pagnoni and Ramieri were the best maxfacs on the planet.

I'm sure Liam has experience but I don't like the way he makes light of high level Osteotomies like it's some kind of truth or dare contest.

He's an implant designer - not a surgeon. That should afford some level of scepticism.

Pagnoni is an excellent salesman though, I'll give him that.

Funny. When I spoke to him a couple of years ago, Pagnoni told me the risks of implant extrusion were minimal with long term aging if the implants were conservative. I was skeptical of this claim at the time.

3 weeks after bimax alone

6 month after bimax

They look nothing alike and its even worse when you have implants. Its ridiculously how stupid people on this site are on judging before and after bimax result. Sometimes it looks better after 3 weeks and sometimes it looks better after 6 months. Its just facts that the result is not seen untill long after surgery 6 months+ upto 1,5 years

Yea it is minimal if conservative, and the more closer to the eye and more saddle the more the risk ss the fat will be lost more closer to eye. So if you go for long term you better be conservative

It's true, i thought that result was taken at least after few months post op, didn't know it was 3 weeks post op, yeah it takes time for swelling to settle down, but i think after few months the swelling would be minimal.

I mean they have done studies on swelling after bimax and 60% of swelling is gone by 4 weeks, 80% by 3 month and 90% by 6 months. After 4 weeks swelling goes away slower and slower because its a diffrent type of swelling and inflammation due to bone healing that takes UpTo a year to be done.

And another thing retards on the site dont understand is the masseter muscle. After bimax because of soft diet the masseter get small and it will take upto a year to recover its size and its usually becomes bigger because of more jaw to hold up. And as we know this is ehat usually even sdds width to the jaw. Thats the thing with bimax, its extremly long recovery for final result.

It is mentally and psychically challenging, probably the most challenging facial surgery that you can get, and the funny thing that people here think it is a easy surgery that anyone can go trough it, it is worth it when it actually fixes a lot of issues at once, that's when the money and time is worth it.

I would believe that widening the jaw would add more time for the recovery of the masseters and weakens them more.

But also this can fuck up result with implants as they look good like a month after but then you get implant show as the inflammation and swelling is gone and you see the contour. Same with jaw angles, when the masseter recover you might begin to see the usual dehiscence

This comparison isn't completely fair anyway. The lighting is different and she's smiling in one pic. But I do agree about the swelling point. It can take up to 18 months for it to completely dissipate so judging the result within just a few weeks is moronic.

Its not about the comparison, its about the width of the jaw and face. Its a none distorted pic so its fair for sure. Her face became extremly much thinner because of the 20-30 % swelling reduction. But her masseter is probably a lot smaller because of none chew diet for a long time and taking it easy with chewing.

Fair enough, I never considered atrophy of the masseter muscles.

How can you find the good ones? Of course through their B/As, but even then you'll have to pay a lot for consultation.. also they might be only showing their best ones, whereas the majority of theirs aren't consistent

Yes, you'll have to pay. Finding the best option requires money unfortunately.

Yes, you'll also have to be wary of surgeons since they are trying to sell their services of course.
You have to balance this out against what you're being offered and the b/a shown

Yes their policies are clearly much more for functional rather than aesthetical, but i would believe that a real guy who's actually reccesed would benefit much more than the average mentally ill user here (not all of the users are the same but i am talking for users like clavicular for example).

What i do respect Canadian surgeons is that they perform other procedures and have a good outcome afterwards (don't know their background but from the results i've seen they seem pretty legit, would still research about them though).

Always look for ROI, weight the risk and reward first before considering the ROI.

yeah ur right. thing is tho, some people are at the point where its not medically necessary, but its still recessed (an aesthetic issue). most first world maxillofacial surgeons wont accept cases like that, hence the need for celebrity psl surgeons.

yeah true, but some of them are so conservative that the patient sees little to no improvement 😭
