I might swap to mt2 I’m not sure yet. I just wanted to be on the safe side with moles and freckles n stuff and just run a low dose all summer in the uk, if I was going abroad or a heatwave or smth maybe I’d use mt2 for short periods

give mt2 a go, been on it following derek from mpmd's protocol and so far no new freckles or moles with a godly good tan coming in
