Could someone help me out with a dosing protocol for letrozole?

Hopping on hgh + low test base + letrozole, but I need help dosing it and whether to move up or down based on signs.

AI's most of the time aren't really needed if you're doing a low test base, and the dosing protocol depends on how much estrogen u got in your body.

letrozole is tricky to dose because it's so potent, most massively overdo it. start at 0.625mg twice a week and go from there based on how you feel rather than just bloodwork numbers. low e2 symptoms are crushing libido, joint pain, brain fog, emotional flatness, those are your signal to drop frequency or dose. on a low test base you probably won't need much at all, some guys do fine at 0.625mg once a week. get bloods at 4-6 weeks

I'm def doing it to grow taller, but how can I avoid the ridiculous sides from having dangerously low e2 (mostly worried about brain dmg)

also what's the effect from the tamox? will running a higher dose (like 2.5) of letro not suffice?

135 at 5'9, I based my gh dose off of a few threads on botb. What were you thinking?

Tamox is meant for Even more suppresion because it will fuck your estrogen receptors in the Ass so you will have even less estrogen, also ive done the math for you You will Need atleast 13 ius do grow taller preferably more, Read rotenbuhler 2015 if you want more Info, I would Suggest you Switch the Test with some tren icl

I get adding tren, but I still need some form of testosterone... wouldn't I have a test base on tren.

Just wondering whether 2.5 letro + tamox is necessary to tank e2, and if that's even safe. Haven't taken roids yet so don't know how e2 crash is, or if it's even healthy to do in the first place. I had believed that, even if your stack is for height, you shouldn't bring your e2 to near zero.
