Been on reta for 3 weeks going onto 4th this tuesday currently at 1.5mg upping dose 0.5 every 7 days i do 10k steps a day upper lower split, diet consists of below 2k cals-1800-1600, 150g carbs, 60g fat, 140g protein, starting bw 169lbs,curent bw 165lbs
I do see results but im hearing/seeing ppl dropping 20lbs ina month idk if i should start upping my dose by 1mg every week now, i havent really received nausea other then 1 time but that was due to under eating since then no sides other then appetite suppression im 16 should i up 1mg every week now?
