I've been on the peptide for a couple months now so I thought I would spread a little bit of my knowledge on how to mitigate side effects and give you even more results.

RETA ISN'T A MAGIC DRUG -
  • Reta isn't like a weight loss steroid it isn't going to do all the work for you. The first time around that I took reta I barely got any results because of this one mistake. You HAVE to be in a caloric deficit and please for the love of GOD, track your food. The amount of food that I was actually eating on my deficit shocked me when I started actually tracking my food. I got away with it because I started of big as shit so my maintenance was already high anyway.
DIGESTION -
  • Your digestion is going to be absolutely fucked on reta, it fucked mine up pretty badly especially considering I've been on even 8 mg. The way you mitigate this side effect is digestion walks after every single meal, Apple Cider vinegar a shot before every meal, and if you want L-Glutamine. The higher you go the less it helps anyways but I'll discuss dosing.
DOSING -
  • If you are fat as shit AKA obese and you want to try reta, do not listen to any of the iqlets online, they don't know what it's like to be overweight on reta because they never were. Your starting dose has to be way higher than normal I started off with around 5 but due to my experimenting you'll probably be good with around 3-4mg to start off. If you don't do this you'll never feel any appetite suppression which is the main reason people are hopping on Reta.
  • Do not get trigger happy with your dosing, if you become dumb and start raising your dose to quickly for faster results, you'll be meeting the Heart Reaper.
SOURCE -
  • I'm gatekeeping source but get you a source where you can afford at least 20 mg a month, with mine I'm able to afford however much I want which allowed me to experiment and also make sure they have VALID COAS. The last thing you want to be doing is injecting yourself with rat piss. The fastest way to tell if a source shouldn't be used is if they are selling 5 mg for $90 bucks. It is ALL the same shit. They ALL get it from China and they try to act high and mighty talking bs about heavy metals and all that dumb shit.
WHEN SHOULD YOU TITRATE UP -
  • You should titrate up after month after you start by 1 mg, then it's strictly how you feel on every dose after that determines if you should titrate up. I haven't tried this but probably try titrating by 0.5 every 3-4 weeks from this point on in order to mitigate side effects not 1 mg.
SIDE EFFECTS AND HOW TO MITIGATE -
  • Nausea - Some people will go through nausea waves when they first start off. I've only had it maybe once or twice and it wasn't directly after pinning. How you mitigate this side effect is by not pinning during the day but pinning right before you go to bed. If you pin right before you go to bed, you'll sleep through them.
  • Skin sensitivity - I never went through this I guess because I titrated correctly or it just wasn't something that I got personally but I hear some people will get this.
  • Anhedonia - This is better than any supplement you can ever use. For those who don't know, it basically means you become emotionally numb. You stop giving a shit about dumb things, has helped me de-attach from people, and especially as someone who spends a majority of his day inside stopped me from being in my own head. You want this.
  • HEART REAPER - I just call it that because it sounds cool but this shit is easily the worst side effect out of the bunch. If you end up getting this, BRING YOUR DOSE DOWN IMMEDIATELY, it isn't fun. Since reta increases your resting heart rate so that you burn more calories at rest, the higher you go on your dose the faster your heart beats. This is extremely shitty because you are hyper-sensitive to caffeine on this. You can't drink caffeine AT ALL other wise you'll literally have palpitations the whole day. I don't even drink energy drinks but even the small amount of caffeine from zero sugar drinks set me off. I think that the drink being carbonated also had its downsides. There is nothing you can do when this hits but pray. You'll be extremely paranoid and it's a terrible experience.

I lost about 60 pounds in total doing all of this, my next stack for fat loss and skin will be :

I'll let you guys know my results with this and how it worked. I will also be experimenting with the Heart Reaper and see if I was just on too long or if it is dose-dependant like I theorised earlier. I may have missed somethings so if you have any questions reply to the thread.
