been on reta for roughly 3 weeks now, ive lost a total of 7.5 pounds so far, first dose .5mg then in 4 days i pinned 1mg

current dose 1.5mg every 4-5 days

taking psylium husk 5mg
and 1200mg beberine to mitigate the sides
+ 250-500mg gas x to prevent sulfur

overall its been fantastic

i find myself not craving food at all for days on end I can go without eating + i fill up really quickly when i eat prevents me from over eating

sides were pretty bad in the first 10 days i threw up a bunch and diarrhea and really bad sulfur

keep ur dose where ur at, otherwise youll become a glp zombie and not be able to enjoy these benfits long term

you are pinning way too frequently sides should not be this bad at this low of a dose it's a once a week dose maybe ever 6 if you want

reta longevity is usually 4-6 days, and I pin usually on average every 4-5 days when I feel the hunger creep in

also the sides are mostly gone that was the first 10 days.

you're just wrong reta's halflife is 6 days you're just nuking yourself with unnecessary sides because you don't know how to dose properly you pin once a week and stay at the same dose for a min of 4 weeks to build it up slowly if you keep this up you're gonna end up in the ER

my nigga are you blind? i literally said 4-6 days if your taking fucking .5mg the effects are going to be unnoticeable by the 6th day, thats why i said 4-6 days.
