I am currently around 25% bf and i am planning to hop on reta soon. How many mgs do i buy and how many do i take per week and for how long? Stats: 183cm 80kg 25%fat

Take 1mg weekly the first Month and the second increase slowly to 2-3mgs. Thats how i did it and it worked perfectly

Im 17, 1.82cm and was 82kg at the beginning now 73kg after 3 months on Reta and a Diet.

I took 1mg the first week, had to make sure I was eating enough, 1mg the 2nd week and it was chill, and now am on 2mg for the 3rd week and it feels like week 1 again. No side effects so far besides diarrhea

Reta has worked the first to second week or maybe that was just Placebo. But it helps very good against appetite and Food Noise especially on Unhealthy Foods
