which one do i should use for EXTREME fat loss? i need to like be 20% bf down in 2 months

i personally take reta and eat around 1k calories a day with good protein etc, also 20k steps a day
 
Dnp for 2 months will be hell just do rrtq and eat pretty much like 1000cals of the most protein rich sources so just protein powder maybe chicken breast tuna etc
