I'm currently 70kg, 6'1 and a half, 12% bf and I'll be on a 20-week 500mg test cycle.
I'll be eating on a surplus of 250 cals until I reach 77kg, but once I hop off I'll def lose some muscle/weight and prob drop to 75kg.
i thought of adding reta to my Nolvadex PCT for some body recomp (and to look very debaloted for summer), but I don't wanna drop lower than 74kg
would reta be a good idea if I kept eating at maintenence calories (or just a lil bit lower)?
