You can do it whenever, timing doesn't really matter.
Just matters is time consistency, if you pick afternoon then all your injections should be in the afternoon.

Like the guy above me said, timing don't matter.
As soon as you start feeling it taper off which is roughly every 6 days just pin. I like doing mine mid day so I get the effects a few hours later and don't really need to eat the rest of the day.
