I want to start with reta and wanted to ask which dose would be most effective. I dont want to take a too high dose and dont want to use it for too long but i still want to loose a decent amount of bodyfat

yea ig, its all relative though cuz 500 iu is also pretty light, kinda the perfect starting dose for a short cycle
