Can I still wear my old retainer that I've been wearing pre-bimax, after bimax? Or is there some risk of it causing relapse? I'm pretty sure the answer is no because it's just teeth but just double checking

It depends on if there is any lateral expansion. If you put it on post-bimax and there is more resistance, then your dental arch has changed and you should not wear it.

In theory, but you should probably just ask your surgeon.
