I’m getting a retainer at 14 and I was just wondering if it’s gonna stop any expansion in my mouth like will my pallet stop once I start wearing it or can I still thumb pull and mew and see progress or is it gonna stop all

ur not making progress with thumb pulling and mewing brodie. mewing will js prevent ur jaw from being further messed up, not improve it. as for the retainer no it shouldnt
