retainers help pls

I had braces for 4 years and just got them off, they have me retainers that im supposed to wear all day and night but they give me a horrible lisp. if i dont wear them at all will it fuck my skull up or anything

No it will not fuck up your skull your teeth will just slowly drift back into place
Also you only gotta wear them full time for like 2 weeks anyway then only wear them at night
