disinfected the area and the tool
started doing it
hurts as fuck
then suddently blood starts gushing out like crazy
i shit myself and got a panic attack and now when i smile i look like the fucking joker
never again bro i dont know how low inhib you have to be to perform other diy shit

it doesn’t work permanently bro. you have to have surgery for it it’s called lateral commisuroplasty.
