Im kinda skinny fat, 17 lean in the face compare to my torso. Will reta give me a saggy face with increased signs of aging and hollowness as it has done for ppl on semaglutide (maybe even more since it targets 3 pathways ), or will it be fine on a small cycle with proper hydration, tretinoin ,etc.

yh thats true but im wondering if anything would happen to me , since ive got good collagen and skin elasticity at 17. Wouldnt low doses help me to get to lose around 10kg wiht no aesthetic problems

Make your youre getting a very nutricious diet and dont absolutely crash your weight. Go at a moderate rate if youre concerned
