Im trying to start with
1,5mg first week
2 mg second week
3 mg third week
3,5mg last week.

I also want to do it without telling my parents, so my friend will store it, and i will meet up with him, once a week

I personally would never start my first cycle to recomp. If I really wanted to hop on gear, I'd just start lean bulking straight off. But again, I'm most likely never touching gear OR at least till my thirties, gym is not my focus as of now.

i didnt mean to gain muscle while pinning, assuming that i only do 4 weeks it will make me leaner, then i can train
