You must hop onto 6-7mg of reta immediately; don’t be a scaredy-cat, you’ll feel nauseous most likely, but that’s part of the process. You will want to eventually titrate up to 12mg, the most effective researched dose. That can be done weekly or fortnightly, whatever floats your boat.

You will lose fat at whatever rate you do, I cannot tell you how quick, but it will be far quicker than you would natural and that’s all that matters.

If you really can’t handle the brief sickness, go down to 3-5mg like a flimsy, chubby piece of shit.
