yeah reta safe asf! you pin it once weekly and you can go pretty high in dosing for reta but 5- 8mg weekly is best. I pinned 8 mg this week and I haven't felt a molecule of hunger these past days I haven't eaten once lol. Id stick just to 5mg so u can at least eat. ( Now mark me solution its the check mark in my right)
