Hi, i injected 0.5mg of reta on friday and i feel like the effects are subtle. It definitely works but i wanna clear some things up.
from my experience its not like your always full or satiated its more that you just dont feel the need to eat. but dont expect to feel satisfied after all your meals
also make sure your drinking lots of water
and walk after meals to help digestion
i’ll be upping my dose to 1mg on friday depending on how i feel this week
does anyone have any tips or advice?
