i need to be better for myself and i deem this as the perfect time. i want to hop on retatrutide as im going to start my workout journey and i need some type of guidance, im 130 5,7 and 18. im not sure how i should manage taking this peptide and what i should stack with it to help, im looking for some type of support. my general questions are how much should i take? how often should i take them, how do i take them in a manner that's going to benefit me properly to help with me workouts. im going to be working out 5-6 days a week for at least a minimum of a hour to two hours... help?
Im also doing research aswell this is not my only form ofsupport as i am putting in my own effort into looking into this peptide more
