Can the flaky and dry skin cause collagen loss? Should i stop using skincare products at the moment? I think i also used to many serums at once.

No man

Make sure you mostrize and apply naicinimide after ward and use retin A less frequently

Skin becoming flaky is just part of starting tretinoin. You should ease into it (low percentage, and slowly build to every day, as in only 2-3 times a week at first). I'm still just using it every other day. You should also be moisturizing to combat the dry skin.

If you are moisturizing properly, using a quality sunscreen every day/multiple times a day, then you are doing everything right, and are not harming your skin. The retinization process takes time, and your skin slowly adjusts.

What have you been using in your routine?

You need a skin routine with heavy moisturizing, and are most likely using too much retin-a. Your skin is even more likely to flake at the start of treatment.

I am using my homemade moisturizer i mixed shea butter, coconut oil and jojoba oil into a cream and it works great for my skin and retin-a.

You can buy the ingredients cheap on eBay and there are guides online.
