Retin-A improvements in the last few days (5th week)

I am on my 5th week with 0.05% strength so I still don't expect full results
but wow I didn't expect to see some results now

my acne starts to improve, my chin and cheeks got much better, but my forehead got a bit worse and I am a bit red (take in mind I am still purging)

and my skin is starting to get way smoother and is starting to shine a bit
I feel like I look way better now, especially when looking at the mirror

I came to a point now where I apply it daily with almost no irritation and my purge is pretty minor unlike with some retin-a users

I’ve been on 0.025% for nearly a month now with fairly good results. I was previously on Differin 0.1% (OTC) for nine months which fixed most of my textural issues.

On the days that I’m not altogether red, my skin looks quite good. I might recommend Finacea (prescription azelaic acid, 15%) as a possible solution to irritation.

In my humble opinion, tretinoin is synonymous with collagen, and I firmly believe that it is the gold standard for beautiful skin at any age.
