Anyone here completely retrain their tastebuds to where they no longer crave and/or eat unhealthy shit like fast foods, chips, candy, icecream etc..? And if so, how long did it take you to retrain them?
Currently going through this and when I want something sweet going for an apple instead. Trying to limit fast food to healthier options and only like 1x a week or so.
This isn't only for dieting purposes but as an overall lifestyle. I fee like everyone nowadays just eats junk food/fast food on the regular.
