The taller you are the more r.o.i you get from the gym for example if you are 5,4 and go from skinny to jacked it makes no difference as physique is a multiplier and something times zero is still zero.
what I think of gym celling per height range:
-5,4 or under: kill yourself
-5,5-5,7: basically no change save money for betabuxxing
-5,8-5,10: at this height gym can improve you but don't invest to much time 0.5 point increase
-5,11-6,1: a good physique will start to look more impressive possible 1 point increase
-6,2-6,3: Gymcel a lot, a good physique will be impressive and will increase your rating drastically possible to 1.5 points.
-6,4-6,7: gym can make a massive difference get in the gym immediately 1.5 point increase.
-6,8+ if you have a good physique at this height life is on creative mode can slay even with subhuman face put all your effort in the gym and become an nba player.
