Reverse nose stretching from picking the nose?

Is there surgery to retighten the sides? Not as costly as full rhinoplasty?

It's most likely genetic. I had a nose surgery and they put tampons in my nostrils afterwars, so it got hardcore stretched. But then the nostrils shrunk to their original state in a week.

I'm an oldcel whos been picking my nose for decades, wondering if there is surgery to reverse that. My nostrils are wider than my alar base.
