Yo so i have had breathing problems through my nose for about 3 years , but it didn't bother me as much until lately. Went to my local doctor and at first he just gave me the usual nose spray , but he said come back in a week if you don't experience any changes. And well the thing is , I have a slightly deviated septum so I said to her could maybe this be the cause of my breathing problems , and now I have an appointment ready for a clinic which specializes in these types of surgeries.

What I want to know :
So they're gonna straighten my nose so it's not going to one side , but I also have quite a bump on my nose like on the bridge of my nose and I think it's mostly due to my ethnicity , since my dad and a lot of people I am related to , have this same bump but at least theirs is smaller.

So is there any way I can somehow form a top tier lie or just somehow make the doctor do something about the bump as well , because I think he'll probably only correct my nose to the point where it can breathe properly again.

Is bump size affected by nose crooking ? Example - very one sided nose = bigger bump ? Does this logic apply to it or nah?

One last thing , my nose is also slightly bulbous and droopy at the tip , but only slightly. Can this be caused due to the improper breathing of my nose till thus far ?

Nose is affected by the maxilla, a narrow srch with high roof which is connected to the maxilla can push up to the septum and deviate it. Ypu can also have assymetryin yhe face, if one orbital sits lower then yhe radix between the eyes is prob deviated which makes the nose crooked higher up closer to the eyes.

Yeah my nose is crooked near the eyes , also due to that I think I have asymetry but I can't tell since I'm used to looking at a mirror , and I don't really notice much asymetry if looking at a mirror but when I use the back camera of my phone my eyes literally look like one lower and one higher and nose just crooks completely , my jaw doesn't have any problems tho , so it's simetrical there.
