Rhinoseptoplasty

Waddup waddup, hope everyone’s day is going good. So I met with a surgeon about getting a septoplasty June 16th, I’ll attach some photos of how deviated my septum is. So we talked and she looked in my nose and saw how bad it was and now she has me on some nasal sprays so insurance can cover it, but she’s having me meet with a rhinoseptoplasty surgeon on July 28th(my nose is kinda crooked you can see it more in photos taken on the front camera). So I’m curious if anyone has had these procedures done and how long it took for the swelling to go down and see decent results and also how effective the septoplasty is for fixing your breathing. Btw a little unrelated I had an ottoplasty done like 5 years ago if anyone is interested in seeing the results I can show some before pics and tell my experience on the procedure.
