I've read this before and I am pretty sure it is correct.

Problem is that you can't really expand your ribcage that much.

At least a good 10 years before this is safe. Definitely in it's infantly stages.

Mental masturbation therefore.

Focus on something you can improve realistically. One of the lefforts or whatever other hardmax there is that is safe out there and that would benefit you. This is wasting your time.

Your clavicles will not widen with weight training. This pressure against the bone theory might work during puberty at best. It won't work when a young man is going through adolescence 15-25.

Yeah I skim-read the OP and assumed this was scapula lengthening with a twist, focusing on the rib-cage.

Anything that involved expanding bone through placing metal rods in-between said area is more than hard maxxing. It's extreme hard core maxxing. I considered leg lengthening for a while at 5ft8 and realised I enjoy sport and working out too much to flirt with the possibility of not being able to go at 95% my original potential again.

I wear 1.5 inch lifts now and they're comfy so I'm like fuck it, let's go with that. As the proportions I have look 5'9-5'10.

Just screw 6 inch nails into your ribcage near vital organs to get 0.5 inch increase in frame to still get mogged by 6'8 chad theory

Your clavicle and rib cage ( rib cage can always grow!) will grow during this period but you need to antagonise the androgen receptors responsible for its growth.
 
If you need these types of surgeries you should just give up at this point JFL
 
Cope, nothing you can do once clavicular growth plates fuse. As usual the answer is hormones in your youth, not exercise or whatever.

Its not weight training, you gotta put prrssure especially torsal loading so you can stimulate lengthy bone growth
