No, there’s two types, one due to downward growth and one due to flared gonians. Meeks is an example of flared gonians.

You dont change the gonial angle as the maxilla is already downward grown to a specific level. Only during bimax with movements forward and down or remove bones can the angle be changed. So stop the cope, its not physically possible
