Roughly how probable is an infection to a jaw implant (PEEK, gonial only not wraparound) with a highly credible surgeon (Sailer, DeFrancq, Ramieri, Marianetti, etc)? Think it will be intraoral incision
I heard when you get an infection 90% of the time they have to remove them? Is that right?
Also, if you end up having to have an implant removed within the first month, will you be disfigured in any way or lose definition on your jawline due to massetter stretching/skin sagging?
