Hello looksmaxxer brothership.
I wanna ascend to 8-9/10, and i post this threads 2-3 months ago. During this time i get otoplasty and you can see results. Also i clean my skin and almost overcame acne.
So, i don't wanna stop. I made a decision to ascend.
And i wanna get bimax and jaw wraparound implant with cheekbone implants with rhynoplasty.
Can i ascend to 8/10 and can you say my potential with surgerymaxxing?
My main problem: i look as a child, but i am 19 y.o, can bimax fix this issue?

What i can't change with surgery? I think with surgery i can change everything.
If my problem is lower third height and jaw, why i can't fix it with surgery and ascend to 8/10?

IMO, I think the biggest flaw in that images are the hair and the short chin (also the clothes) Shave middle eyebrow and gymmaxx as fuck, specially the neck area, I think it causes the childish appeareance, you easily mog most of the forum if you softmaxx. About the surgery, I'm not an expert in that so maybe somebody can help u with that giving you wiser advice
