So since yesterday not much has happened since the snowstorm and I still could not go out because of that so. I will need to find a way to do my cardio.

But the side effects of DNP has started to show. Not the bad ones ofc. It seems like I lose 1lbs a day and it’s crazy. But maybe it’s just water retention I have in the beginning idk.

Weight update: 180.5lbs (81.9kg)
Steps taken: 0
Calories eaten: 1020 cal

Do steps in your house or invest in walking pad, trust bro

What side effects so far? Are you warm or sweating
 
Just walk around your house and somehow track your steps. Walking pad makes it way easier. Or don't be a pussy and go walk outside
 
Track your neck circumference (narrowest point, below Adam’s apple) and waist circumference (horizontal around belly button) too along with weight, I want data points for correlation with US Navy body fat estimate method.
