I'm likely not going to see 20 in bi-deltoid in this lifetime, esp. since it's my bi-cromial that's narrow, a lack of muscle mass on my shoulders isn't the problem.....

Unless I take multiple risky, experimental things like erda, etc. Which, by the way, gives you a 15% chance of even getting those skeletal rapid growth sides.

The ROI on the gym seems far too low; I'm just on 300 test for lifestyle and to maintain lean muscle. Plates are pretty much closed for height too.


But I like studying/researching/checking markets/Claude code, etc. and look for some potential stock purchases + finding better jobs, yk, while in nice cafes in my free time.

and I enjoy it way more than the gym. I can still go 3x a week to the gym and do a 45-min workout for maintenance. Thoughts? And also just spam shoulders for the rest of my life till I look proportional
