Its the safest to a noob that knows nothing about steroids. People on bodybuilding forums base its great safety profile on medical dosages. In the doses you need to get good results as a man (apart from short term aesthetic effect) it will do what every other oral does and screw ur cholesterol.

Objectively the safest is test. If u are going to screw up your blood work temporarily by taking an oral for 4 weeks (which anavar will in the doses u need for gains) then why would you not just use something stronger?

5mg anavar 3 times a day (medical dose) wont do crap for a man in terms of long term gains. U will look like U gained because ur muscles are holding more glycogen and you have leaner look thats all.
