On paper it mogs RU in terms of binding affinity and it passed a phase III clinical trial. Still there aren't many successful KX-826 stories shared anecdotally and most even claim it did fuck all.

If you ever touched an anti-androgen for hair loss I doubt you'd want to risk your hair by switching from RU to KX.
