Is it fair to compare him to one of the world's strongest men though? But I do think that the most impressive part of his transformation was that he tripled in width and the face gains he got were also insane.

It's not worth the balding. You won't blow up. You'll feel great and then your hair will fall out then you look natty without a pump and bloated from high estrogen, you eventually hop off and feel SUPER shitty in PCT.

I would say natty is the way to go, genuinely, or low dose test with a heavy hairloss protocol in place. You are not going to blow up from steroids, that's not how it works.

You don't need to go above 500mg. It's cope. Believe me. A person that has used 800mg and dbol together. It's cope.

Use like 250 and dutasteride and get your training together and have meal prep and know what the fuck you are doing. You won't gain a pound unless you know how to build muscle natty. It's not like you think.

Sure. But that's not because dut doesn't work. It's because they're injecting T and have the balding gene. Not saying dut is nuke proof. Just that it helps. I don't even think many people SHOULD use steroids anymore. Just that if they ARE, they should use dutasteride and RU.

RU does have side effects. But I still recommend it.

For me, it’s always been about low bodyfat. That’s what will actually improve SMV, because it’s what maximizes FACIAL attractiveness. Then gymcel NATTY on top of that WITHOUT bulking so you end up with a lean, athletic physique.

No roids. No bloatmaxxing/bulking. Get lean, stay lean, and lift so you have some delts, definition, and abs. This is the approach @averagejoe and @Amnesia have preached for years

Сarbohydrate window was already debunked years ago.
Then you eat all day long 6+ meals a day and train 3-4 times a week just like this. That's how you get big. Add test and the results come faster.
I also thought frequent meals are beneficial for bulking but then i've learned that each meal spike your blood sugar levels, making you less sensitive to insulin/insulin resistant. I just eat 2-3 big meals a day and still gain healthy weight.

I recommend everyone that wants to go to the gym to spend a few weeks/months in a local gym. You will quickly realize that from the people that aren't clearly on roids, most of the people don't even look like they lift.

If you don't look great after going to the gym a couple times per week and watching ur diet a bit. It's over.
