Currently about 145lbs 13-15% Body Fat at the moment, really just want to hop on something that isn't absolute going to destroy my body but provides a decent amount of muscle gain. I really wouldn't mind having to be on them for a decent amount of time but would like to quit them eventually and still retain a good amount of the muscle gained. Anyone have any good suggestions that I can research on, I know some of you got some ball knowledge
